Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. We do not pay for return shipping! Please e-mail (info@alljsgifts.com) or call (760)596-4292 with the order number to request and obtain a RMA# for return. Please be sure to return in original packing material! For item(s) damaged during shipping, contact us immediately with the order number at (info@alljsgifts.com) or call (760)596-4292. If you get a business message, please include the order number and leave a short message. If possible upload a photo of the damaged item(s) and e-mail the photo to (info@alljsgifts.com) and we will ship a new item to you immediately if it is still in stock. If a damaged item is not in stock you will be able to choose a similar item of equal value, or a full refund will be issued for any damaged item(s) to include shipping costs. For missing or wrong item(s) sent, contact us immediately at (info@alljsgifts.com) or call (760)596-4292. Please include the order number and we will investigate and respond within 1-2 business days. For all returns, 30 days. To return an item, simply package the item in original packing material, contact us with the order number at (info@alljsgifts.com) or call (760)596-4292 to request and obtain a RMA#. Once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive an e-mail from (info@alljsgifts.com) within 2 business days of us receiving the returned item(s).
